About Me
- Toby Richardson
- After graduating with a first class honours degree from the University of Portsmouth, and with his architectural interests firmly embedded in phenomenology, Toby's thesis foundation year led him to apply successfully for the Emergent Studio. He hopes to further explore the concepts of Being (as related to Heideggarian thought), Place, Integrity and Synthesis in architecture to develop his thesis, testing it against the contradistinctive cultures of the Nordic, Domestic and Southern. Toby also hopes to continue testing his architectural work with new methods of representation and poetry writing.
