Holly-Rose Allen - Sound & Smell - Photos

Harmony shown by how the busy sound of the main road and the quiet sound of the sea work together well side by side. For example, cars are needed to visit the seaside.

Photo to show the sound of the water splashing onto the beach, and the pebbles hit one another as they are pulled back into the sea.

Strong smell of fish as we enter the pier.

Harmony through materials, the man-made metal poles that hold up the pier, and the natural materials, water and pebbles. Both work well together, the pier is needed as an attraction to the seaside.

Harmony shown by the need of the dustbin to keep the garden tidy and clean. Contrasting smells, trash & trees/flowers.

In contrast to harmony, this wall seperates the garden and the main road. This could be discord between the sounds and smells of the garden and the road?

Harmony between the trees and the busy shopping highstreet. The trees give the highstreet a more aesthetic appeal.
